The refrain is repeated after each of the three stanzas. "Blessed Assurance" is one of the most beloved hymns of all time. It was written by Frances J. Crosby and published in 1873. The lyrics are based on an interpretation of Hebrews 10:22. The melody was composed by a friend of Crosby's, Phoebe Knapp. The two worked together on the composition.
The pendant is 1 5/8" tall. The included sterling silver chain is 18" long.
