We ship within the United States only We insure all shipments. You are not responsible if a package does not arrive. How long will my order take to be shipped?

If we have what you need here in the store we can usually ship on the next business day. If it's an item that is out of stock or must be made for you, as many of the handcrafted items are, then the ship time can be as little as 5 days up to 4 weeks for some items such as wedding bands that must be hand crafted in your size. The estimated ship times are normally listed with each individual items or as described as a group. We will always verify the expected ship time when you call your order in, or when we confirm your order via e-mail.. Please let us know if you have a very important deadline.

Returns

Items may be returned for refund or exchange within 10 days, if in new unworn condition, excluding some special order or custom items such as wedding bands. We recommend using US Registered Mail as a secure way to return ship. Use the address below.

Good Tip...finger sizing is the only problem our customers ever seem to experience. People are always very happy with the jewelry itself, but rings that don't fit are disappointing and expensive. So if you can get the finger size right it's a safe bet you will be happy with your order. Be sure and check out our helpful finger sizing information page if there is any doubt about size. Usually, a trip to a jeweler to be measured is a good idea. Most any jeweler is happy to do this for you at no charge. Feel free to use our toll free number below if you have any questions. Engraving

We do offer inside ring engraving where possible. There is no charge for engraving of gold or platinum wedding bands. Most other items can be engraved for $5. Rings can often be engraved on the inside with a simple slightly italicized block lettering. There are usually up to about 29 characters or spaces available on the inside of a wedding band, depending on the finger size and placement of metal and maker marks inside the ring. Feel free to inquire. Engraved items are non-returnable.
